Project Description: SPAWAR System Center Atlantic is a large US Navy organization concerned with engineering work in the areas of communications, intelligence systems, IT systems, operational support of military forces and other areas. Blue Lynx is currently performing systems engineering work in the area of test and evaluation for SPAWAR 59000. Work includes program management support of test and evaluation of government and private sector engineering systems in conjunction with the Office of the Secretary of Defense and other agencies. The technology focus is on improvement of military communication systems, including satellite systems. The work has been performed under several contract vehicles including purchase orders and as a subcontractor to the SPAWAR prime contractor, but all for the same customer. All work has been performed within budget and on-time.
Maintenance and Operations, Estancia Valley Farming

Blue Lynx successfully operated, and maintained a large agribusiness operation for 7 years.
Project Description: Blue Lynx Resources operated and maintained Estancia Valley Farming located near Moriarty, NM. The farming operation consisted of two farms, one operated for livestock production, and one operated for crop production. The operation totaled about 500 acres, and had several deep irrigation wells, two center pivot irrigation systems, several large barns, corrals and handling pens, feeding systems, several miles of pipeline systems, a landfill, crop storage facilities, an extensive internal road system, and associated heavy construction and farm equipment.
International Boundary and Water Commission Support

Project Description: The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) is an international commission headquartered in El Paso, Texas and was created by the USA and Mexico to oversee and support border property and water issues between the two countries. Blue Lynx currently supports the IBWC in procurement of land along the Rio Grande River to further the goals of the Commission. We are providing real property procurement program management services as well assistance in actual procurement of real property for the Commission. All work has been performed within budget and on time.
Property Management Asset, Records and Transaction Management and Portfolio Consulting

Project Description: Since 2007, Blue Lynx has provided direct support to the largest real property manager in New Mexico. In the last three years, Blue Lynx has been a steady and consistent provider of support in every aspect of real asset management. Specifics are listed below:
· Portfolio analysis, strategy development, assessment of asset performance and support for company asset managers
· Data collection, validation, assessment, reporting and analysis; including on-site data validations
· Asset reporting
· Information systems analysis, design, development, integration and implementation
· Analytical and litigation support for legal issues involving real asset management
