Erik 's experience is primarily in  business management and engineering in both the government and in the private sector. He has managed numerous engineering tasks on a program and project manager basis, as well as running a successful multimillion dollar agribusiness unit for Blue Lynx. His experience includes supervisory engineering positions in the Naval Nuclear Power Program, program manager for international nuclear reactor emergency action programs for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and NATO, contractor program manager for test and evaluation programs at the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, as well as running complex operational and engineering programs for several government agencies and contractors.

Mary Lou's experience is in business management and production operations, as well as in all phases of real property acquisition, management and disposal. Additionally, she has extensive experience in human resources management, customer relations, marketing and sales. Her practice specializes in commercial process analysis, administrative organization, transaction management, contract negotiations, marketing, staffing, and coaching.
